Indigenous culture, here and overseas, an illustrated talk by Zoe Rimmer

The Friends of the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery invite you to hear first hand what’s happening in Indigenous Culture at TMAG. Zoe Rimmer, Acting Senior Curator Indigenous Culture was awarded a prestigious Churchill Fellowship last year and spent some weeks visiting museums and indigenous-run culture centres in North America and Europe. 

She recently returned from London and Paris where she was engaged in the latest round of repatriation talks with major museums. 

And she is heavily involved in the exciting plans to bring the Lesueur drawings from Le Havre to Australia in 2017. 

So she has a lot to bring us up to date on!
