A good way to show your support, as many have already done, is to write to our members of the Tasmanian Parliament to let them know how you feel about the proposed cuts. Please remember to keep your communication courteous and constructive. A list of email addresses for members of parliament is available below.
If you would prefer to send a letter that's already been drafted, there is an example that can be downloaded below.
You are free to use it in full or in part, with or without your own additions. Just copy and paste the text into the body of your email, and copy and paste the list of parliamentary addresses shown below into the address field. You can copy the entire list so that your email goes to all recipients: no need to send individual emails. Please note you will need to include your name, address and phone number at the end.
